This dish is a moroccan salad usually served with cooked carrots, beets, and beans, or any other side item with this salad served in the middle shaped in a dome shape.

Recipe Ingredients for Moroccan Tuna Salad (with Quinoa instead of rice)

1 cup Quinoa
3 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Salt, Table
4 oz Hellmanns Real Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1/4 cup Peas, Green
1/2 cup Peas, Green

Recipe Directions for Moroccan Tuna Salad (with Quinoa instead of rice)

You can reduce the quinoa actually, but I was just experiementing and had planned to save part of the quinoa for another dish but I ended up adding it. Of course cook the quinoa to your preference, and just mix all the ingredients, serve cold, or hot...I think each serving is about 1c. This isn't exact, so right your own ingredients out and make a new recipe.
