This is a very flavorful way to quick grill swordfish. Wonderful served with cauliflower steamed on a bed of thyme leaves....

Recipe Ingredients for Moroccan Swordfish with Caper-Yogurt Sauce

1/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp mint
1 tsp capers, drained
1/8 tsp garlic, minced
1 dash black pepper
12 ounces swordfish steaks
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground red pepper

Recipe Directions for Moroccan Swordfish with Caper-Yogurt Sauce

  1. Sauce: mix yogurt, lemon juice, chopped mint, capers, garlic and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Swordfish: Rinse and pat dry, then rub with olive oil. Mix paprika, coriander, ginger, cumin, cinnamon and red pepper and sprinkle evenly over swordfish.

  3. Grill swordfish on indirect heat for about 4 minutes per side, or until flakes easily with fork.

  4. Serve with caper sauce.
