Delicious! We use chicken with bones and so front load the calories. I'm making another recipe deleting the chicken and adding some chicken broth and chicken fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Moroccan-Style Chicken Stew (with chicken)

1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
2 cloves garlic, crushed
29 ounces Tomatoes, Red, Ripe, Canned, Wedges In Tomato Juice
14 1/2 ounces Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
1/3 cup dark seedless raisins
1/4 cup olives, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, loosely packed
