nice sweetish tasting dish for the slowcooker.enjoy it by itself, or turn it into a vegetarian dish by leaving out the chicken. for less carbs up the chicken and lower the carrots and potatoes, it's all easy.

14 oz chicken breast
2 cups garbanzo beans
4 cups plum tomatoes
4 medium carrots
2 medium sweet potatos
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
