Recipe Ingredients for Moroccan Spiced Squash with Tofu

5 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
5 tbsp Butter
1 block Tofu, Extra Firm
1 tsp Cumin
0.5 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1.6 tsp Cayenne
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Moroccan Spiced Squash with Tofu

Roast or microwave squash (cut in half, put in baking pan and cook at 375 for 45 min. Scoop out seeds and pull squash strands into a bowl with a fork). Add 1 tbsp butter to pan on med high, add tofu, cut into cubes. After they are brown, turn pan down to med, push tofu aside and add the rest of the ingredients. Once butter melts, turn off heat and toss to stir. Add to squash and fluff with forks.
