Moroccan spiced beef with couscous or rice

2 carrots, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp allspice, ground
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 1/4 lb ground turkey
14 oz g) garbanzo beans
4 oz dried apricots
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Moroccan-spiced beef

Heat oil over medium heat. Add vegetables and spices. Sautee for 10 minutes. Add beef, beans, apricots, broth, and remainin ingredients.
