Recipe Ingredients for Moroccan Lamb

1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 3/10 lbs lamb stew meat
1 medium tomato
2 medium carrots
1 medium onion
1/3 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup olives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey

Recipe Directions for Moroccan Lamb

  1. Combine spices in a bowl (ginger, cumin, salt, tumeric and cinnamon)

  2. Add lamb and coat in spices

  3. Add lamb and remaining ingredients to a crock pot and cook 7 hours (low) or 5 hours (high)
