Fruited, moroccan spice rubbed chicken thighs, roasted, and using the drippings, creating a sauce with the sour cream and reconstituted apricots.

Recipe Ingredients for Moroccan Fruited chicken

1 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Cumin
0.5 tbsp Coriander Seed
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
1 dash Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Cloves, Ground
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1/4 cup Dried Apricots
2 tbsp Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Moroccan Fruited chicken

Remove skin from chicken. Rub the spice blend onto the chicken, then place chicken in oven save skillet. Roast, at 375, for 45 minutes. When done, remove chicken from pan. Put sour cream and apricots into pan and mix well. Put the chicken back into the pan and cover with sauce. Serve immediately.
