1 cup Parsley
2 serving, raw Cilantro
3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
10 Cup Co Us Cous
2 serving Tomato and Chicken Flavor Bullion
2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup Turnip Root
240 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
2 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
0.25 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft

Recipe Directions for Moroccan Cous Cous

Boil all together in bullion broth. When all is done/tender, use broth to make cous cous. If very thin, separate remaining broth and simmer down. Serve over cous cous!
