Recipe Ingredients for Moroccan Chicken Stew

1 leg, bone and skin removed Chicken, Leg, Meat Only
80 grams Sweetpotato
10 strips Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.66 cup Sugar Snap Peas
3 tbsp chopped Onions
3 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 clove Garlic
1 cup, chopped Carrots
3 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Turmeric, Ground
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Moroccan Chicken Stew

chop all ingrediants and place in a large pan, pour over spices and then hot water and bring to the boil and simmer for 1 -2 hours or until water has reduced down.
