Recipe Ingredients for Moroccan chicken stew

20 ounces chicken breast
4 carrots
2 onions
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Moroccan chicken stew

  1. Put the carrots and onions in crock pot.

  2. top with salted chicken breasts, then the raisins and coarsley chopped apricots.

  3. Whisk all other ingredients in a bowl and cover all with it. set crock pot to high for 3 hours or low for 7-8.
