Recipe Ingredients for Moroccan Chicken

1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup raspberry jam
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
10 oz couscous
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp curry powder
1 medium green bell pepper
2 large carrots

Recipe Directions for Moroccan Chicken

  1. Whisk together sauce (raisins, wine, jam, soy sauce, spices)

  2. Cook chicken and vegetables in 1 tbsp olive oil

  3. Cook couscous in 2 cups water and 1 tbsp olive oil

  4. Add sauce to cooked chicken and heat for 3 mins to thicken
