1 large onion, halved, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. garlic
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 cups low salt chicken broth
24 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup olives, green pitted
