Recipe Ingredients for Morning Yogurt

900 grams Plain Nonfat
150 grams Whipped Topping Fat Free
0.75 serving Old Fashioned Whole Grain Oats (Kroger Brand)
36 grams Sliced Almonds
36 grams Pecan Halves
6 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Almond Extract

Recipe Directions for Morning Yogurt

Mix yogurt, whipped cream, vanilla extract, almond extract, and 3 tbsp of Splenda together. Allot into 1 cup serving sizes. Mix oats, almonds, pecans, flax seed, along with a sprinkling of cinnamon Splenda mix.
