This is a high carb, high protein shake that I use after a morning workout.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Workout Protein Shake

1/2 cup grape juice
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
2 Egg Whites
2 tbl Orange Juice Concentrate
1/2 banana
4 medium strawberries
4 scoops protein powder
1 tbl raw wheat germ
1 tbl flax seed meal

Recipe Directions for Morning Workout Protein Shake

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve in a cold mug.
