Recipe Ingredients for Morning Vita-Mix Drink

1/2 apple
1/2 banana
1/2 orange
35 g crushed pineapple
20 g raw cranberries
2 cups raw kale

Recipe Directions for Morning Vita-Mix Drink

Put all the ingredients into the Vita-Mix along with 12 ice cubes and run on high for one minute. If the drink is not sweet enough for you, add a dash of honey or agave nector or a packet of stevia. You probably won't need to sweeten it.
