My frozen berries, banana, and peanut butter smoothie first thing!

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Soy Smoothie

1 cup light soy milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1/2 small banana

Recipe Directions for Morning Soy Smoothie

Put all ingredients into a good blender with a few ice cubes (if desired) and blend! Add a little extra soy milk to help smooth it out if you like your smoothies a little less thick and frozen.
