Makes 1 serving



Without fail, I make this at least 4 times a week. Add a few ice cubes and make sure the strawberries and bananas are REALLY ripe. The riper the better.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Smoothie

1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
2 bananas
1 T flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Morning Smoothie

Just add it all to a blender and blend(= Add some ice too if you want. I add four cubes to mine.
