Freeze the berries and grind the flax seed.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Smoothie

1/4 c nonfat yogurt
5 large strawberries
1/4 c blackberries
1/4 c blueberries
1 banana
2 tablespoon flax seed

Recipe Directions for Morning Smoothie

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can also add 1/4 cup acai juice (recipe analyzer wouldn't recognize this ingredient).
