This high impact drink will help kick start your day

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Smoothie

75 grams tofu
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup low-fat ricotta
1 orange
1/2 medium banana
1/4 cup cranberries
1 cup whole strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Morning Smoothie

  1. Mix tofu, yogurt, soy milk, ricotta and peeled whole orange using a hand blender.

  2. Slice half a frozen banana and 1/4 cup cranberries into the mixture. Blend.

  3. Add 1 cup strawberries. Blend.

  4. Add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. Blend.

  5. And there you are!
