Recipe Ingredients for Morning smoothie

1/2 cup ice (crushed)
6 oz fat free yogurt
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/4 cup raspberries
4 oz orange juice
1/3 banana

Recipe Directions for Morning smoothie

I replace 1 oz of acai juice for 1 oz orange juice, I mix and match different flavors. Add one scoope of protein powder for another 100 cals
