Makes 1 serving



Great for breakfast or a snack (I use it as a a meal when I am in a rush), the high antioxidant levels of the blueberries are complimented by the magnesium and potassium boost of the bananas and OJ and the vitamin C in the OJ and strawberries. If you really want a boost, throw in a handful (or 2) of spinach and a pinch of cinnamon or turmeric.

Recipe Ingredients for MOrning Smoothie

1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Soymilk Unsweetened
5 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
1 cup Blueberries
1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving Liberte Nonfat plain yogurt
1 serving Protein powder (myofusion)

Recipe Directions for MOrning Smoothie

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.

  2. Pulse for 20 seconds.

  3. Blend for 30 seconds.
