Recipe Ingredients for Morning Smoothie

1 medium banana Bananas
0.25 cup Yogurt
2 oz Strawberries
0.25 oz Coconut Shredded
0.5 serving Coconut Milk Beverage
1 cup Fresh Frozen Mango Chunks

Recipe Directions for Morning Smoothie

Add in order whole banana broken in half. 1/2 cup coconut milk, 2 fresh strawberries hulls on, 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 2 TBSP fat free vanilla yogurt, 1 TBSP of shredded dehydrated raw coconut into Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.
