Recipe Ingredients for Morning smoothie

40 3/5 grams Raspberries
48 3/10 grams Blueberries
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.25 cup, chopped Kale
10 sprigs Parsley
1 tsp, ground Flaxseed
0.5 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Recipe Directions for Morning smoothie

Grind whole flaxseed in a coffee grinder. Add flaxseed and all other ingredients to blender. Blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
