This is great in the morning if you have people staying over and you don't get up until late!

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Skillet

3 large potatoes, diced
1 red onion, diced
6 eggs
1/2 cups swiss cheese
1 cups shredded pizza cheese
12 links, Maple cured sausage
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Morning Skillet

  1. Prep:

  3. dice onions

  4. Directions:

  5. Melt butter in large skillet pan. Put diced potatoes in pan and cover and cook for 8 minutes stir occasionally. Add onions and garlic to pan and cook for 5 more minutes stirring occasionally. Cook sausage link in microwave for 7-8 mintues. Beat eggs milk together. Put potatoes, onions and garlic in large bowl. Cook egg as scramble eggs. Cut the sausage up in thirds and add it to the bowl and mix. Add eggs to bowl and stir. Add cheese and stir. Done!
