My morning shake made in the Vitamix.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Shake

1 medium raw Carrots
1 oz Kale
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
1.5 cup, quartered or chopped Apples

Recipe Directions for Morning Shake

Add all ingredients with a 1/4 of cold filtered water and blend.
