This shake keeps my hunger away until lunch when I don't have time to sit and eat breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning shake

2 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
1 serving silk milk vanilla
1 cup, in shell, edible yield (7 nuts) Walnuts, English
1 serving MTR Badam drink mix
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving Farmland dairies 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Morning shake

  1. In blender crush ice, walnuts and dates.

  2. Then add rest of the ingredients and blend well.

  3. Enjoy with great company.
