This is my morning routine egg concoction, I use a non stick pan and usually have it on a pice of whole grain toast.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning routine breakfast

2 egg whites
1 tbsp skim milk
1 medium tomato, chopped

Recipe Directions for Morning routine breakfast

  1. combine egg whites and milk in a bowl and mix until frothy

  2. fry egg mixture in a non-stick pan over medium heat until eggs are set, fold the eggs in half much like you would an omelette.

  3. In the same pan fry chopped tomatoes, you may add salt, dried chili flakes, pepper, oregano... whatever you want.

  4. place the tomato mixture on you piece of toast, cover with eggs and enjoy!
