146 grams Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
90 grams Non Fat Vanilla
20 raisins Raisins, Seedless
7 grams Walnuts, English

Recipe Directions for Morning Rice w/Raisins

Heat brown rice, soy milk and raisins over high heat until boil. Reduce heat to simmer and stir until thickens and milk is absorbed into rice. A pinch of salt may be added but is optional. When done, add seeds and nuts and serve. Sometimes nice with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
