Recipe Ingredients for Morning protein shake

500 ml skim milk
1 cup blueberry
1 scoop Whey Protein
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Morning protein shake

  1. Peel banana and divide in three in a blender jar.

  2. Add milk.

  3. Start blending. Add protein and slowly add blueberry.

  4. You can add ice cube to reduce consistency and add chill.
