4 egg whites
2 eggs
8 oz turkey
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Morning "Omelette"

whisk eggs until frothy. Cook over medium heat until desired doneness; remove eggs from the pan. Add mushrooms to skillet and cook until soft. Add in turkey and spinach; cook until desired doneness. Add cayenne pepper and add to the eggs. Mix in and enjoy.
