fluffy omelet, that tastes as good as it looks. I sniped the beans into small bits and chopped the onions.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Omelette

1 large Egg, White
1 serving Green Beans
1 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Morning Omelette

Warm the beans and onions in a cast iron pan with very little olive oil. Remove and set aside. Beat egg whites and pour into pan. Allow eggs to set, salt & pepper to taste. once top is set add veggies and 1/2 cheese . Fold over half the egg to cover veggies and cook two minutes more. Remove and serve.
