Recipe Ingredients for Morning Oats

0.3 cup, dry, yields Oats
0.6 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 packet (0.5 oz) Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Recipe Directions for Morning Oats

  1. mix everything except the honey together in a saucepan

  2. heat over a low heat, boil and cook for 10 minutes

  3. serve with honeytically number each separate paragraph.
