1/8 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup oats or multi-grain mix
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp soy milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup boiling water

Recipe Directions for Morning oatmeal

  1. Combine blueberries, oats, and boiling water in bowl.

  2. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Pour off extra water.

  4. Add soy milk, cinnamon, and honey to taste.
