Oatmeal I can stand eating and that leaves my feeling pretty full for a while.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Oatmeal

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup water
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/8 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Morning Oatmeal

  1. In pot combine first seven ingredients.

  2. Let cook/boil until oatmeal reaches desired consistency.

  3. Remove from heat and place in bowl.

  4. Top with milk.
