A morning oatmeal with extra fiber and protein

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Oatmeal

1/2 cup uncooked oats
1/2 ounce walnuts
1/2 ounce raisins
1 tbls pumpkin
1/2 scoop protein powder

Recipe Directions for Morning Oatmeal

Add 1 cup water to oats and cook in microwave 1 minute. Add rest of ingredients. Either eat immediately, or prepare night before and reheat in microwave 1.5 minutes. Sweeten with non-caloric sweetener (Spenda or stevia)
