4 oz pecans
4 oz dried apricots
2 oz dried blueberries
2 oz dried strawberries
2 oz dried cherries
1 oz dried cranberries
1 oz toasted coconut

Recipe Directions for Morning Oatmeal Fruit and Nut Add-In -- 1oz per serving

  1. Combine a mix of raw pecan pieces with toasted and salted pecans; apricot pieces, wild dried blueberries, bing and sour cherries, whole cranberries, strawberry pieces and toasted coconut.

  2. The apricots, blueberries, cranberries and sour cherries provide tart, while the coconut, bing cherries, and strawberries add sweet. I also add 1T of molasses to my oatmeal with this mix for the iron and potassium....
