Recipe Ingredients for Morning Muffin

1 cup Rogers All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 large Egg, Whole
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.33 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1.5 cup Shredded Carrots
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 cup Applesauce - Unsweetened
0.25 cup Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp Flax Seeds
2 tbsp Poppy Seed
2 tbsp Raw Wheat Germ
0.5 cup Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Morning Muffin

  1. Combine dry ingredients

  2. combine wet ingredients

  3. stir wet into dry until just moistened

  4. stir in carrots seeds and dried cranberries

  5. line 6 large muffin mold with paper liners. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
