Recipe Ingredients for Morning Latte, nonfat

1 tsp sugar
3 oz espresso, freshly brewed
3/4 c milk, nonfat

Recipe Directions for Morning Latte, nonfat

  1. Put sugar in the bottom of a 12 oz. mug; pour freshly brewed espresso over the sugar and stir well.

  2. Heat milk and froth with milk frother. With a spoon, carefully scoop out foam and place on top of espresso. When most of the foam is in place, carefully pour hot milk into the center of the foam.

  3. Enjoi!!
