This is a mixture of ingredients in the recipe. I use a Jack Lalane juicer to juice the oranges, carrots, lemon, and celery. A banana is thrown in along with protein powder and blended in a blender

Recipe Ingredients for Morning juice

1 fresh orange juice
1 carrot juice
2 oz lemon juice
1 stalk celery
1 banana
1 oz protein powder

Recipe Directions for Morning juice

  1. Juice orange in Jack Lalane juicer

  2. Juice lemon in Jack Lalane juicer

  3. Juice celery in Jack Lalane juicer

  4. Poor in blender

  5. Add banana and protein powder

  6. Blend and enjoy
