Recipe Ingredients for Morning Grapefruit Shake

2 dates Dates, Medjool
1 coconut yields Coconut Water
1/2 fruit (3-3/4" dia) Grapefruit
1 tbsp Honey

Recipe Directions for Morning Grapefruit Shake

  1. Add listed ingredients into a blender (honey and dates are optional). Add ice if desired. Blend and serve (strain if you don't like pulp).

  2. Optional: after blending juice, strain and pour juice back into blender. Add 2 dates then blend again. If you do not wish to strain the juice just add the dates at the beginning with the rest of the ingredients.
