Easy way to make your morning oats.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Grains

1 c steel cut oats
1 c rolled oats
1/2 c barley
3 1/2 c water
1/2 tsp salt
6 oz Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Morning Grains

Bring water and salt to a boil in medium pot with a lid. Remove from heat and stir in grains. Let sit overnight. Stir and portion into 6 serving bowls. When ready to eat, stir in 2 tbsp. yogurt. Enjoy!
