1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
43.2 grams No Calorie Sweetener
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
12 tbsp Egg Whites
8 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
0.5 cup Applesauce
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
0.5 cup, packed Raisins, Seedless
0.75 cup, grated Carrots
0.125 cup, chopped Pecans

Recipe Directions for Morning Glory Muffins (reduced fat and no added sugar)

Sift flours; Mix all dry ingredients together (flours, splenda, baking soda, cinnamon & salt); Mix together egg whites, vegetable oil, applesauce and vanilla; fold slowly into the dry ingredients; fold in apples, raisins, carrots & pecans; Fill muffin tins 2/3 full; Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20- minutes
