2 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated carrot
1 cup diced apple
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 unsweetened coconut
1 cup apple sauce
1 egg
2 egg whites

blend dry ingredients. add fruit and other stuff. add liquid and stir. Bake 350 for 20 minutes
