Recipe Ingredients for Morning Glory Muffins

1 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup Truvia Baking Blend
2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups carrots, grated
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup coconut
2 eggs
1/2 cup flax seed oil
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 apple, chopped
2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Morning Glory Muffins

  1. Mix all wet and dry ingredients.

  2. Add apple, carrot, nuts and coconut.

  3. Bake at 350F for 18-22 min.
