Recipe Ingredients for Morning Glory Muffins

1 1/3 cup wheat flour, whole grain
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup non fat milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup dried coconut
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Morning Glory Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients first.

  2. Mix eggs, oil, milk and vanilla.

  3. Mix above mixtures and add carrot, coconut, raisins and nuts.

  4. Put in the oven from 20 to 30 minutes.
