Recipe Ingredients for Morning Glory Muffins

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 cups grated carrots
1 large apple
1/2 cup sliced almonds
3 eggs
2/3 cup sunflower oil
2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe Directions for Morning Glory Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix dry Ingredients

  3. Stir in carrots, apple (grated), and almonds

  4. Beat eggs with oil and vanilla

  5. Stir together

  6. Bake 20-25 minutes
