A nice clean fresh smoothie to get the day started.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Fruit Smoothie

4 oz soy milk
4 oz fruit juice
4 oz banana
4 oz blueberries
4 oz strawberries
4 oz peaches

Recipe Directions for Morning Fruit Smoothie

  1. I use low fat vanilla soy milk for mine. I use frozen fruit and put it all together in the blender base the night before. Then all I have to do in the morning is zap it up.

  2. Remember to start on a low speed and work your way slowly up so that you don't build up an air bubble around the blades. If you do you'll hear the machine working but nothing will happen. Just turn the blender off for a few seconds until the air bubble comes up, or push it down with a spoon or the plunger if your model has one.
