My recipe with out milk or cream.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Frittata

1 tbsp olive oil
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1/2 onion
6 eggs
1/4 cup cheese
2 cups spinach
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Morning Frittata

  1. Slice vegetables into bit size pieces and mix with all ingredients minus eggs.

  2. Crack eggs in separate bowl and whisk.

  3. Combine ingredients in pie type dish.

  4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
