Gabs & my daily breakfast. Sometimes we throw in mushrooms or use mozzarella cheese instead.

Recipe Ingredients for Morning Eggs

1 whole egg
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup spinach
1/8 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Morning Eggs

  1. Mix the eggs together, scramble over a skillet

  2. When the eggs are nearly cooked, add the spinach and cheese

  3. Season to taste, serve
